Marathon training week # 6
Last week was a nice week, sunday I decided to modify my training plan to run all my long run at my target marathon pace (19k) and followed it immediately with a short 10k bike ride. I expected it to be much harder than it’s been wich is cool.
The lower pic are my loved running shoes. In the front some run free +2 I use from time to time for short runs. In the middle my Mizuno wave aero 9, great shoes super light super nice, those are my long run weapons. In the back some asics DS trainers, really sad because I can’t use them for anything, they are actually killing my heels if I wear them for too long even it not running, really sand because it’s the most expensive pair of runnings I ever bought.
